Luke is an experienced property marketing professional, having spent the last decade working for all the major players in the space – News Limited, Fairfax and the REA Group.

He has worked on the following brands, covering both online and print property marketing -

realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, The Sydney Morning Herald, smh.com.au, The Australian, theaustralian.com.au, realcommercial.com.au, and commercialrealestate.com.au.

He not only sold advertising products and services but was also involved in the management, development and functionality of some of the brands.

Working as a consultant has meant Luke has had the opportunity to partner with some of the leading property professionals and companies in Australia. He has worked with individual sales and property management staff, principals of real estate companies, major developers and national and international property companies. He has covered all aspects of Sales, Rentals, Management and Investments across all categories – Residential, Commercial and Development projects.

Due to his experience across the real estate category, Luke has earned himself a reputation – one of honesty and professionalism. His clients show him respect as he has always proven to deliver on promises, offer honest advice and provide results. Luke is not ‘just another sales rep’ and he never recommends products or services he feels are not appropriate to the situation. He sells solutions and ultimately results. This approach has seen him build solid relationships professionally and personally with many clients and he is often still consulted for advice on campaigns for brands he no longer represents.

With the constant flow of new property advertising options appearing almost every week, the continuing changes internally within the major advertising companies and in a world where consumers are more informed than ever - it has become more difficult for property professionals to keep one step ahead.
